Old Hazelton 03:47
Horses in the stable on the door hangs the tack I'll take what I can cause I know I can't come back from the waters of the Skeena, out to Telegraph creek Try as they will, they won't find the soul they seek Out on the trapline I feed my family night and day Don't need a law man Who won't agree with what I say Ive got to leave Old Hazelton If I stay they're going to do me in Smoke lingers in the air Liquor on the floor A bottle of whiskey in and you know he still wants more He's giving lip to everyone around He's in a pool of blood on the edge of town

Vancouvers filled with pill poppers and junkheads and Im sick and tired of sleeping on 600 dollar bunk beds I'm going to a place where I can rest my noddin' That's the good ole' Okanagan That Okanagan, Okanagan Where all your worries and tour troubles will be forgotten In the good old Okanagan I hear the town of Whistler is a hell of a time And I heard the ski in Revelstoke is pretty fine But there's only one place where I'll be bringing my toboggan That's the good ole Okanagan Fort St. John is a dirty greasy mess Where the liquor flows like water and the water tastes like H2S if those oil towns have got you down-trodden Head on to the good old Okanagan
